Kirsten Renner – Owner

Kirsten Renner is an award-winning talent acquisition strategist and workforce development advocate with over two decades of experience driving recruiting excellence across defense, intelligence, and federal contracting sectors. As Owner of Dynamic Talent Solutions, she partners with organizations and job seekers—particularly veterans and underrepresented groups—to build mission-driven teams and accelerate career growth.

Throughout her career, Kirsten has led transformational recruiting initiatives at industry-leading organizations including Accenture Federal Services, Novetta, Parsons Corporation, and SilverEdge Government Solutions. She’s known for her candidate-first approach, data-driven process optimization, and ability to double workforce capacity while enhancing organizational culture and brand presence in the cleared talent community.

A recognized thought leader and community advocate, Kirsten has delivered speaking engagements at DEFCON, ShmooCon, BSides conferences nationwide, (ISC)² Security Congress, and numerous industry events. She serves as a Board Member of ICS Village, focusing on workforce development initiatives, and is a serial volunteer supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and job seekers across the cybersecurity and technology communities.
